Important Information:
This tutorial works only on Rustmap custom maps, not procedural maps found on Rustmaps or any other procedural maps. If you want to use a custom map that isn't from Rustmaps, check out our How To Set A Custom Map On Your Rust Server Tutorial.
Steps:
- Go to Rustmaps.com and find your desired custom map
- Click on the "Use" button on the left hand side and copy the link
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the "Startup" tab
- Under the "Custom Map URL" text box, paste your custom map link
- Head over to "Console" tab and restart the server
