Creating a Softcore Rust server is extremely simple with Pine Hosting. This guide covers how to configure that through the Easy Config of your Pine server.
Steps:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the Easy Config tab
- Under "SERVER TAGS" look for the "GAMEMODE" drop down menu and click on it
- Select "Softcore" by clicking on it
- Then click on Save
- Head over to Console tab and in the command line enter "readcfg" to load your changes on the server
