Configuring the timer for hackable crates on your Rust server is extremely simple with Pine Hosting. This guide covers how to disable that through the server.cfg of your server.
Steps:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the Files tab
- Search for "server.cfg" and then click on it
- Look for the line that mentions "hackablelockedcrate.requiredhackseconds" . If it is not mentioned add it by creating a new line (pressing Shift+Enter)and then type hackablelockedcrate.requiredhackseconds
- Go to the end of that line and input your desired time converted to seconds like this hackablecreate.requiredhackseconds "600". (The vanilla timer is 15 minutes which is equal to 900 seconds)
- Click on Save Content
- Head over to Console tab and in the command line enter "readcfg" to load your changes on the server
