Steps:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the Files tab
- Search for "server.cfg" and then click on it
- Create a new line by pressing Shift+Enter
- Type keepteaondeath "true"
- Click on Save Content
- Head over to Console tab and in the command line enter "readcfg" to load your changes on the server
