Configuring EAC on your Rust server is simple! This guide covers everything you need to know about configuring your anticheat security on your server.
Method 1- Configuring With Startup Parameter:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the Startup tab
- Under ADDITIONAL ARGUMENTS type "+server.secure 0", "+server.eac 0" and "+server.encryption 0"
- Simply restart your server the changes will be applied
Method 2- Confifguring Through server.cfg:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the Files tab
- Using the search bar look for the file "server.cfg" and click on it
- Create a new lines for each and type "server.secure 0", "server.eac 0" and "server.encryption 0"
- When done editing click Save Content
- Restart your server and the premium tag will be applied
Remember that the server then won't show up in the public server lists if EAC and/or security is disabled, so you have to connect by pressing F1 and enter client.connect <IP>:<port>
