Adding a workshop skins to your Rust server is extremely simple with Pine Hosting. This guide covers how to add workshop skins to your skinbox plugin of your server.

Important Information:

In order to add workshop skins to your server you will need the Skins . WARNING: This plugin does NOT add skins automatically. You have to add them manually.

Steps To Edit A Skin List:

  1. Go to Steam Workshop
  2. Find the skin you want and click on it
  3. In the URL field of your browser Copy the numbers after the "id=". Example https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2607133978
  4. Head over to Files tab, look for "oxide" and click on it
  5. Then click on "config" and click on  "Skins.json" file.
  6. Add the ID of the workshop skin in the list of skins by creating a new line
  7. Click on Save Content
  8. Head over to Console tab and in the command line enter "o.reload Skins" to load the skins on the server
