This guide explains how use Beacon to configure your ark server settings.
Installing Beacon:
- Navigate to Beacon Download Page
- Locate "Windows x86 64-bit" and click "Download" (If you are using different system find the correct one)
- Install Beacon and open the app
- You can either make an account or use it annonymously
- Click "New Project" and select "Ark Survival Evolved"
How to change server settings:
- On our Beacon project click "Import" and slecect "Server with FTP access"
- Login into game panel
- Select server you want to configure
- Head over to "Settings" tab
- In SFTP details click "SERVER ADDRESS" (This sould automatically populate on Beacon app
- Copy "USERNAME" and enter your game panel password and click "Next"
- Once the Beacon scans the files you will be able to import configs and mods, click "Import"
- Edit settings to your liking (Some settings may require Beacon Omni access)
- Once you are happy with settings click "Deploy"
- Select your server on left side and make sure to select "Back up config files" and click "Begin"
- Once deploy process is finished you can start your server
