Steps:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the Files tab
- Find the "server.properties" file and click on it
- Locate the "level-name" field and input "flat"
- To generate a new world Change the Level Name to something else
- Make sure to set the Game Mode to "creative" as there is no resources in a superflat world.
- Click on Save Content and Restart your server
