Removing oxide permissions from players on your Rust server is extremely simple with Pine Hosting. This guide covers everything you need to know revoking permissions on your server.

Important Information:

  1. Some plugins do not require you to assign permissions in order to use them. This guide is only for plugins that need permissions assigned in order to work
  2. Some plugins are free and some not. If you purchased a plugin all information on permissions will be on the page you purchased them from
  3. Permission revoke command-> oxide.revoke/o.revoke
  4. oxide.revoke user-> revokes permission given to single player
  5. oxide.revoke group admin-> revokes permission given to the admin group
  6. oxide.revoke group default-> revokes permission given to the default group

How To Revoke Permissions From Individual Players:

  1. Head over to your Console
  2. In the command line type oxide.revoke user followed by a players steamID64 and the permission name you just previously copied. Example "oxide.grant user 76561198420408632 quicksmelt.use"
  3. Press enter to send the command. Now this player will have this permission revoked.

 

How To Revoke Permissions From Groups:

  1. Head over to your Console
  2. In the command line type oxide.revoke group followed by the group name default or admin and the permission name you just previously copied. Example "oxide.revoke group admin quicksmelt.use" or "oxide.revoke group admin quicksmelt.use"
  3. Press enter to send the command. Now this group will have this permission revoked.
