InsideTerrainViolation200 error is common error when you spawn under terrain. The common issue here is too small map size which will have "bugged" spawn points.

- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the "Startup" tab
- Under the "WORLD SIZE" set your world size to 2000 or above (Use our Rust RAM Calculator to determine what would be maximum map size you can run),
- Head over to "Console" tab and restart your server
