1. Login to your game panel here
  2. Select the server you want to work on
  3. Head over to the "Plugins" tab
  4. Search for Whitelist plugin and click install
  5. The plugin is now installed
  6. You can now configure who can join the server by going to console and typing: oxide.grant user <insertSteamIDHere> whitelist.allow
