If you don't know what Pine AI is then it is a good idea to use it on your server to detect any common errors and provide a brief explanation of how to fix them. To scan your console you can click the Pine AI button that is found on the bottom right of your server console page.
Once you have run the scan you should see a list of errors on a popup.
Clicking on each error will give you a short overview of the error in an easier to understand format.
Where To Start:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the "Console" tab
- Scroll through the console and look for any different coloured lines. Usually red indicates that an error is present.
- You can also run a Pine AI scan after booting your server to check for any errors you may have missed.
- When debugging an error it can be very overwhelming looking at all the text. Usually it is easiest to just read the error line by line and look for the bits that are in English. Most of the time the rest of the error can be ignored.
- Once you have found the sentence that makes the most sense it is often times quite clear on what exactly is wrong. Using this info you can go and fix the change by going into the file/s that are broken.
- 99% of errors are usually missing files, syntax errors in a file or bad configuration of a plugin. It is always best to retrace your steps to find these errors and remove them.
- In some circumstances there may be harmless errors that actually don't mean anything but can look scary. If the server appears to be functioning fine then the error could have been harmless.
