Steps:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Head over to the "File Manager" tab
- Go to the Servers/Unturned/Server folder
- Delete the Blacklist.dat to remove all Bans & the Adminlist.dat to clear all Admins
- Reboot your server and your changes will be completed.
