Pine AI is a tool developed by us that compiles a list of common server errors into a database. When used the tool will scan your console for server errors and provide useful information on how to fix these errors as well as a link to knowledgebase articles that explain them in more detail.
Steps:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Click on the Console page
- At the bottom right of your server console, you will see a bug icon
- When clicked this will allow you to scan your server console for any known errors
Please note: Pine AI can only detect errors that are already in our database, this tool may not detect every type of server error. If you are struggling with any server errors please do not hesitate to contact us!
