Steps:
- Download the correct version of SpongeForge to match your Minecraft servers version
- Login to your game panel here
- Select server you want to work on
- Go to Console tab and click on Stop to stop the server
- Head to the Files Tab and locate the "mods" folder
- Upload the .jar file you previously downloaded on step 1
- Restart your server
