This guide explains how to upload your existing world to your enshrouded server, including connecting via SFTP, renaming old save files, and uploading your new world files for use on the server.
How to upload your world to an existing server:
- Login to your game panel here
- Select the server you want to work on
- Stop the server
- Open the Settings tab and click Launch SFTP (You will need FileZilla or WinSCP installed on your PC) to connect to your server
- Open the Saves folder, then open your active save folder. (It should be called save by default)
- Rename the existing save files by adding _OLD to them (this is done to identify old server files)
- Upload your desired local world and world_info files
- Rename your local world files to match the old files
- Start your server
Once your server boots up, your save will be active on your server.
