This command will spawn all deployables spread in 1 grid radius in front of the location you are looking. Be very careful when using it as it can cause serious performance issues if overused.
Steps:

- Click on your keyboards F1 key to open ingame console
- In the text line type "spawn_all_deployables" and hit Enter
